Squirt squirt
May 17, 2005
And for today, a little question and answer:
So you seem to be a rather knowledgeable one and I have been perplexed by one of life’s great mysteries lately: In female ejaculation videos how you can be certain that they’re not just pissing? I’ve seen a few where this thick, milky liquid oozes out so that appears to be the real deal, but others just show a stream of clear liquid that could very well be piss, and I wanna know how to spot the scams! Unless such a thing is just not easily accomplished while aroused (it’s damn near impossible to piss with a hard-on unless you bend way over forward and have patience), but with me not having female hydraulics and apparently never having met a girl who has harnessed this talent, I am at a loss for explanations. And I would be very appreciative if you had any insight into such matters, because Dear Abby probably would throw away my letter. Hell, Dan Savage might not even answer. Inquiring minds want to know.
Well, I have a bucketload of info to dish out on this subject, but before I do that a little bit of personal disclosure: I learned to squirt when I was nineteen. Okay, learned isnt as apt as wondered what the fuck just exploded and made a big splashy mess, decided whatever it was felt awesome and then did it a lot more. In the six years since that first what the fuck? Ive learned a lot about ejaculation between book-learning, self exploration and watching/making it happen on other girls.
There hasnt been enough work done on this topic in fact there is still a good amount of debate about whether female ejaculation is real at all (Betty Dodson being among the naysayers). A lot of the debate is about what exactly the fluid is and what its made out of. Those who dont buy female ejaculation, usually dub the fluid pee after all, it is coming out of the urethra (usually, well get to that in a minute). If youre watching porn and a lady is ejaculating I cant tell you for sure what shes doing. Ejaculation occurs when the g-spot aka the urethral sponge is massaged or otherwise touched or rubbed. The growing market of squirting videos may include girls who are passing off pissing as ejaculating for profit and honestly you might not be able to tell the difference. The highly aroused state that makes ejaculation happen usually makes peeing difficult (as it does in guys) though thats by no means true across the board (especially if youre a person for whom peeing is erotic), and porn performers arent necessarily super turned on. Female ejaculate is a clear and splashy liquid like water or piss, so I dont know if what youre seeing in porn is ejaculation or pee; it very likely isnt pee across the board.
As far as the thick, milky liquid goes thats a different kind of secretion. When a woman gets turned on, she manufactures her very own lube. More specifically, her Bartholin’s glands make lube. These are two glands located slightly below and to the left and right of the opening of the vagina. The secretion that the Bartholins glands produce is a lot slicker than female ejaculate, which is much more like water in texture (can a liquid have a texture? Uh, sure). Depending on where a woman is in her cycle, it may vary in color and consistency. It is possible that a woman could ejaculate from her Bartholins glands or at least make a visible mess of come with this fluid.

Thanks for this post!
I’ve been wondering about this, too, of late. Being very interested in female ejaculate without the experience of releasing my own flood yet, I’ve wondered about video clips depicting women gushing for a loooong time. It seemed awfully like pee, but I guess we just won’t know.
Are female ejaculate gushes lengthy or merely powerful in your experience?
Cheers!

Great points on a topic that all girl-hungry sexually-active people should know more about. I think some of those explosive splashy orgasms in some of those pornos are performers who can hold a great deal of water within their vulva with their muscles, making the fake sploosh when it’s dramatically most necessary to the “plot”. ;-)
But, some of it is quite real. I can testify from personal experience. When you are 69ing a girl and she’s on top and she splooshes as she is screaming with orgasms and you half drown on the fluid, you are sure of two things: it’s for real and it ain’t pee. And it’s really exciting!

in terms of credibility, beverly whipple (former president of the society for the scientific study of sexuality, american association of sexuality educators counselors and therapists, and the world association of sexologists) literally wrote the book on the g-spot. she “believes” in female ejaculation and has scientifically documented in on multiple occasions. in one experiment (i’m not sure if it was her’s or one she referenced in another study) women were given a fluid that turned their urine blue. they peed blue. then, they jerked themself off to ejaculation, which was clear. finally, they peed blue again.
in terms of faking ejaculation, i’ve done it once with a client (and wrote about it) but it was after i had already squirted twice.
one of the biggest things i’ve learned about female ejaculation is that it does not necessarily coincide with orgasm. i can orgasm without squirting and squirt without orgasm.
i can also fill dacia’s belly button quite well. good times.

Fascinating! So - give us more details Dacia! I am very curious as to the mechanics? In particular, what can I do with my woman to help her to acheive this kind of thing? Is it going to feel to her like she needs to pee building up to it? Give us some information on your perspective? Perhaps a narrative about your experiences feelings while doing this/feeling this?
Thanks!

Very educational. I’d heard about female ejaculation, but have never done so myself. I never really understood the hype until you just said that it was pleasurable! Ahhhhhhh, now I see! Maybe I’ll explore this with my partner now that I know there is joy in it. Thanks for the tip!

Last time I had a man rub my g-spot it was too much pressure and felt like I had to pee… someone told me this is probably good? But how do you keep going on if it feels like too much pressure?

re: “i can orgasm without squirting and squirt without orgasm.”
I agree with you on the first part (that’s the easy part), but how can you not orgasm while squirting? For me the “squirting” happens right before the orgasm, but I think the two are somehow connected. Maybe this calls for an experiment.
And Autumn, he should have kept at it. It’s a good thing that it feels like “too much pressure” … just think of how you’ll fell once that pressure is released. Also, at first you may confuse the feeling with peeing, but over time you’ll actually distinguish the two. The flow just feels like it comes from a different part. Hard to explain really.

Although I don’t “squirt” forcefully, I have released a lot of watery fluid at times when highly stimulated, usually by masturbation.
But it doesn’t coincide with orgasm—-it just flows out afterwards, and there is no particularly hot sensation of release associated with it. Ho hum.

Not to be a negative-nelly, but I don’t understand.
We may not have a lot of good research on female ejaculation, but we (humanity) has done a lot of research on gross anatomy and we have a pretty comprehensive list of all the bits-and-bobs in our insides (we may not know what they all do, but we have a good list).
So you’re saying that this is fluid that is coming out the urethra, but is not originating in the bladder? So which thing connected to the urethra is originating this fluid?
Posted by: PKK at May 18, 2005 08:06 PM
the urethral sponge. parallel to the prostate in a man. secretes it’s own stuff when aroused.
and although there’s been a lot of research on gross anatomy, it’s been primarily male anatomy. they are currently searching for a second route of sensation to travel from the genitals of women to the brains as women with spinal injuries above the accepted nerve’s entry have experienced scientifically documented orgasms. there is a lot we don’t know about sexual anatomy, especially female sexual anatomy, not just in terms of what is or isn’t there, but also what things do or do not do.

Virgin-slut… that’s what I figured (“keeping going”) but for how long!!?! Geez!! I’m sure he would have but I felt like I was going to pee. I guess I should just go for it and if it is really pee, then I shall pee!

I was embarrassed for so long when i was younger by this liquid that squirted out of me when I was highly aroused; no, it is certainly NOT urine, that i can say for sure - I always made/make sure I empty my bladder before sex and I’ve been able to empty it after sex, even when I’ve squirted what seems like several ounces (soak the bed!) of fluid. Now, as I’m several years older I am finding men find it a complete turn-on and it feels good for them, running down their balls and they KNOW for sure I’ve cum, there’s no mistaking it…
